The Yopa experience has been really good. Colin Shepherd has done such a good job. He was very attentive and included all our points in a really well composed ad. He was messaging back and forth with us checking things with us. It’s been really effortless on our part. He conducted a couple of viewings and we have been very fortunate to get an offer from the first one. There was no pressure to accept and we had a good rapport during discussions.
